経歴:
英検1級取得。
筑波大学大学院人間総合科学研究科芸術専攻彫塑領域修了後、ロータリークラブ国際親善奨学金を得てロンドン芸術大学大学院を修了。現代美術を学ぶ。4年間ロンドンと韓国で滞在した。帰国後、個別指導塾を中心に高校生センター、二次試験対策や英検、TOEIC、TOEFL対策を中心に指導。国立大学、難関私立などの合格実績多数。留学準備の相談にも応じている。特に高校英語文法の授業を得意としている。
ハイゲート英語塾では、中学高英語から大学入試対策はもちろんのこと、社会人の方を対象とした英検やTOEFL、TOEIC対策も行なっていきます。

私は英語が大好きです。高校生の時は苦手でしたが大学に入って本格的に英語の勉強を始め、それから15年以上英語に関わっています。ロンドンに留学していた4年間はかけがえのない貴重な経験です。英語を続けてきたおかげで外国人の友人もたくさん出来ました。何より大好きなビートルズやボブ・ディランの歌詞を英語で理解出来たときの嬉しさは今でも忘れることができません。英語を英語で理解出来た時の感動を伝えたくて塾講師になりました。
学校では、試験対策に追われるのが現状ですが、それを乗り越えて是非たくさんの生徒に英語の楽しさと実用性を実感してもらいたいと思います。難しいと思っていた問題が簡単に解けたときはとても楽しいものです。英語の授業が楽しくて気がついたら成績も上がっている、そんな授業が出来るよう常に心がけています。

Background:
Obtained a first-class certification from the Eiken English proficiency test. After completing the sculpture program at the Graduate School of Human Sciences at the University of Tsukuba, he received the Rotary Club International Goodwill Scholarship and graduated from the graduate school of the University of the Arts London. He studied contemporary art and stayed in London and Korea for four years. After returning to Japan, he focused on individualized tutoring for high school students, including preparation for the university entrance exams, second-stage exams, and English proficiency tests such as TOEIC and TOEFL. He has a record of successful admission to national and private universities. He also provides consultation for studying abroad. He is particularly skilled in teaching high school English grammar.
At the Highgate English School, he teaches not only junior and senior high school English but also prepares students for university entrance exams, as well as English proficiency tests such as TOEIC and TOEFL for working adults.

I love English. I struggled with it in high school, but I started studying it seriously in college and have been involved with it for over 15 years. The four years I spent studying abroad in London were an invaluable experience. Thanks to my continued study of English, I have made many foreign friends. I will never forget the joy I felt when I was able to understand the lyrics of my favorite Beatles and Bob Dylan songs in English. I became a tutor because I wanted to share the excitement of understanding English in English.
In schools, students are often focused on exam preparation, but I want to help them overcome that and experience the joy and practicality of English. It is a lot of fun to solve problems that once seemed difficult. I always strive to make English classes enjoyable so that students will naturally improve their grades.

現在、私は海外の大学や大学院進学を目指して、IELTSスコア7.0を目標に日々英語を勉強しています。コンピューターサイエンス（CS）や哲学・倫理学に興味があり、海外大学の場合はCS学部、海外大学院の場合は哲学・倫理学系のところに進学したいと思っています。CS学部はハンガリーの大学（Budapest University of Technology and EconomicsやEötvös Loránd University）を考えています。大学院に関してはまだ迷い中…。

After graduating from Sapporo Moyo High School in Hokkaido, I am currently enrolled in the International Liberal Arts Program at the Faculty of Integrated Science and Technology at Tokushima University. I am responsible for teaching English and strive to deliver lessons that are easy for my students to understand while standing on the same level as them. Thank you for your support!
Currently, I am studying English every day with the goal of achieving an IELTS score of 7.0, in order to pursue higher education abroad. I am interested in computer science, philosophy, and ethics, and am considering studying computer science at universities such as the Budapest University of Technology and Economics or Eötvös Loránd University in Hungary, and pursuing graduate studies in philosophy or ethics abroad. As a student in the International Liberal Arts Program at Tokushima University, I can also provide information about English language learning and studying abroad.
